The team is always in need of donations to keep operating!
Merseyside Search and Rescue is made up of 100% dedicated volunteers, we cannot function without your help. It costs a significant amount of money to provide this amazing life-saving service, we do not receive any Government funding and we have to pay for everything through charitable donations and fundraising. Our team is growing and therefore so do the costs.
Our expenses include: equipment replacing; insurances; maintenance of equipment & control vehicles; accounting/compliance; training; and most importantly, the undertaking of searches.
