The County Flag of Merseyside. The waves represent the River Mersey, the six golden mural crowns represent the six County Boroughs:

Birkenhead, Bootle, Liverpool, Southport, St Helens, and Wallasey.

This flag is represented within our logo, a very clever design created by one of our own team members.

The Association of Lowland Search and Rescue, more commonly using the name Lowland Rescue, is a voluntary organisation in the UK which governs teams who assist the emergency services in the search for missing person. It is part of UKSAR operators group appointed by the Department for Transport.

Lowland Rescue consists of 36 affiliated search teams who are each an individual charity.
